Why do we need it
We need your personal data in order to provide you with the following services:
• Service provided by the PetsHealth Application including but is not limited to, providing services for pet owners, facilities that provide them, providing storage and transmission of information about animal health, advice for pet owners, services for the marketplace of goods and services for animals, an electronic social platform for pet owners.
• Storage and systematization and processing of information about the user's pets in order to improve the user experience.
What we do with it
Your personal data is processed in PetsHealth located in storage of your data takes place by Alphabet inc., Google in web servers located in European Union.
No third-party providers have access to your data, unless specifically required by law.
How long do we keep it
We store your data according to the period while you use PetsHealth Application. After this period, we store your personal data for archiving purposes for a period of 5 years. Then, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed.
What are your rights?
Should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the ability to request to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted. Please contact us through info@petshealth.app
In the event that you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal data, please write at info@petshealth.app
Change and deletion of personal data
The user can at any time change (update, supplement) the personal data provided by him or part of it, as well as the parameters of their confidentiality, using the editing function of personal data in the section, or in the personal section of the corresponding Application. The user is obliged to take care of the timeliness of making changes to the previously provided data, and their updating, otherwise the Company is not responsible for the failure to receive notifications, goods/services.
The user can also delete the personal information provided by him under a specific account. However, deleting your account may result in the inability to use some of the Services.
